Naessens HVAC was founded in 2001 by Luc Naessens. That was the beginning of the story of
Naessens HVAC started as a one-man business specializing in the
installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems'.
What started as a one-man business in 2001 has grown into a specialized company with more than 35 employees.
In 2018, ATS Group acquired a majority stake in Naessens HVAC. With a wealth of knowledge and information, ATS Group, which is part of Luminus, supports Naessens HVAC.
2025 is a year full of change and growth!
Luc Naessens passes the torch to Hendrik Aelbrecht.
Vincent Soete and Filip De Bruyne then took over to take Naessens HVAC to a new level.
The move to the new HQ will be the icing on the cake in 2025.

Naessens HVAC specializes in Daikin HVAC solutions for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. As a Daikin Super Dealer, we offer a comprehensive service for Daikin products. We have the necessary refrigerant gas certificates and tools, and we undergo the required expert training every year to install and maintain Daikin HVAC solutions in accordance with the applicable Daikin regulations.
